Hi I am writing to let you know that I fully disagree with the SEC's attempt to stop regular investors from investing in leveraged funds. As a retail investor I have done well with most of these type of funds and lost some money on others - JUST LIKE ANY OTHER INVESTMENT.
Stop with the nanny state. As long as investors know what they are getting into it's non of the governments business - STAY THE HELL OUT OF IT
