Dear SEC

I understand why leveraged funds are potentially problematic for inexperienced investors as are may other available forms of investments.

I have enjoyed using leveraged funds for years as part of my own balanced/diversified investment plan and would hate to lose them just because there is a thought that they may be a problem.

Has there actually been documented problems?

I think it is fair to have a clear warning when buying these funds about their multiplied behaviour. I have only know experienced investors to even go looking for these types of funds. Inexperienced investors probably don't even know they exist or have any interest in using them.

Please do not restrict responsible use of leveraged funds.
