I was very distressed to hear about the proposed
regulatory changes in leveraged and inverse funds.
As I have used these funds for years and being
retired the extra kick in return has helped me
greatly. I fully understand the risk/reward ratio of
these products. This is something the little guy
can use. So please don't screw it up.
