Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and they allow me to seek enhanced returns or help me protect my portfolio.
I am capable of understanding leverage and inverse funds. I have traded futures contracts for over 20 years and totally understand the structure of the leveraged funds. Both Bear and Bull funds.
The SEC should preserve the long-standing free public markets.
DO NOT eliminate leveraged funds
