Please do not make any changes to the rules regarding leveraged ETF's. People have access enough information regarding these to make wise decisions about purchasing them and should be able to understand how they work and how to use them. Investors should do due diligence before making any investment in any company stock, real estate, etc. and leveraged ETF's are no different. Sure there is a higher risk however those willing to take it should be allowed to do so.
