I understand that there are risks in owning leveraged funds. Yet, the rewards are high enough to compensate the risk.
Plus, I only purchase stocks that I believe are solid enough.
Proshares help me by protecting my portfolio.
I do not agree with the SEC trying to impose regulations on them.
