I use leveraged products on a regular basis. It always me to protect my portfolio at times and also enhances my trading capabilities for better returns. We should have the right to trade freely as we choose as self investors.
I do not need someone else evaluating my capabilities as a trader. I find these futures possible restrictions completely ridiculous.
