Leveraged funds should not be for just hedge fund investors or high net worth individuals as some of us passive investors use leveraged funds to hedge our 401k and low performing funds that we are stuck with due to the 401k limits. Limiting passive investors from being able to trade these funds limits the free market of the NYSE and everyone should be able to trade this product.
