What an asinine proposal and another example of governmental overreach. Your incredulous assumption that we, who are not rich, do not have sufficient sense to invest our own money is not only discriminatory, but also demeaning.
There are already numerous warnings issued when you enter one of these trades. This proposal is so ill-founded that by presenting the issue, you have already spent more than what is justified, I question your intelligence for even putting forth this proposal.
Maybe you should undergo an investigation to determine whether you have any common sense.
