I use inverse and leveraged funds selectively to hedge my other positions and also increase returns. I do not want to be troubled by additional unnecessary regulations. Whereas it maybe great to educate investors and generally make easy to understand information, it is not acceptable to prevent other investors who have done their due diligence the opportunities that exist currently. I take full responsibility for my results and failures.
