I have been trading leveraged funds for many years, understand how they work and perform and submit these comments to disagree with the proposed regulations. Leverage funds are very important tools for me. I participate in them with my eyes open and do not need any additional protection from government regulators evaluating my capabilities. In our country, the markets must remain free.
