I am contacting you today to voice my disapproval with the proposed regulations on leveraged funds. These type of funds are an important part of my investments, and I see no need for government regulation. I am capable of understanding leveraged funds and resent that the government is considering making these funds less available because they think they need to take care of me. This is a dangerous line of thinking in my opinion, and undermines the concept of free market capitalism that has made our economy so strong. I strongly urge you to abandon this proposal.
