Hello,

I am discouraged to learn of the proposed regulations on leveraged and inverse funds.

As a long time trader, I have extensive experience trading inverse and leveraged funds as well as options on these funds. I, and every other trader I know, understand the performance characteristics of these funds and do not want a third party evaluating my ability to continue trading them.

If the right to trade inverse and leveraged funds was threatened, it would hurt my income and livelihood. I seek enhanced returns and it would be detrimental to my portfolio to take the trading of these funds away.

Additionally, it feels invasive to have additional government-imposed limitations on my investor choices. I implore you to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and there advisers have the freedom to buy public securities they see fit.
