Please do not restrict access to leveraged ETF funds. They are an important, low cost, method too hedge portfolio risk for investors with insufficient resources to hire a professional money manager. If the issue is unsophisticated investors mis-using leveraged ETFs, focus on disclosure and education NOT restricted access.
