Leveraged and inverse funds have value and I request that the process of purchase and exchange remain simple. I value the ability to buy and sell without burdensome qualification steps.
I am capable of understanding the risks and benefits of these funds without a third party screening my abilities.
I wish to preserve the right for the public to purchase leveraged and inverse funds in public markets. I request the right to purchase public securities without additional governmental-imposed regulations/limitations on my choice as an investor.
I value the current process and the valuable freedom is affords me in a free market where I choose to purchase and sell public securities without overdue restrictions and regulations from government. These proposed changes would significantly limit my options in this specific arena.
