I am writing in opposition of SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15. I am individual investor, and I use inverse funds as a way to protect my portfolio against downside risk in the event of a market downturn. Without these funds, I would be forced to use riskier alternative methods, such as entering into short sale positions of my holdings. Furthermore, any regulation against inverse funds goes against my fundamental right as an American citizen investing in free capital markets.
