Welcome to the Socialist Republic of America.
This power grab is due to Congress abdicating
it's legislative responsibilities to unaccountable bureaucrats in the swamp who seek to impose their crazy ideas on the public. Why would they assume that they make better decisions for me
when they have no skin in the game? It's my money and I can invest in anything I deem appropriate for me. Every inverse security has large warnings "Not appropriate for all investors".
Do they think I can't read and understand the risk associated with this investment? What's next? ProShares needs to get Congress involved and squash this power grab.
