As an individual investor, I find it disappointing the SEC is trying to solve a problem where one doesn't exist. Investors should be educated when investing in higher-risk securities, such as any sort of leveraged investment, but this is their responsibility or that of their financial advisor to do so.
Please continue to allow free markets to work and leave the policing to predatory and/or fraudulent actions.
