Dear Sirs and Madams,
Please, do not turn this into an exclusive privilege for only a few people who are well-off or wealthy or otherwise privileged in some way you believe is right based on criteria you believe is acceptable. That would be undemocratic. Each individual citizen or investor should have the right to make their own decisions on what is best for them or what risks they can take.
