. Kindly note that I am adamantly opposed to any new regulations impacting my or other investors ability to trade leveraged and inverse funds. I also oppose any new financial and regulatory paperwork and/or qualifying processes to do same. This proposal is anti-freedom , anti- markets and social engineering in it's worst form.
