To Whom it May Concern,
I trade in these funds from time to time. I am well aware or the additional risks (and even had to acknowledge a waiver from my brokerage about the additional risks relating to these funds). I think most investors are more than capable of understanding these investments and their associated risks. I think we all deserve the freedom to trade as we wish in a free market economy.
