Inverse Leveraged Funds allow me to hedge in a down bear market protecting my portfolio from geopolitical risks. I do not want a third party evaluating my capability to do so and worse prevent me from making my own decisions on risk. Public markets are just that - public - let them remain so instead of starting an arbitrary precedent.
