there is enough regulations on the average consumer and his inability to trade the way he wants especially in qualified retirement plans.aka shorting stocks. how about preventing stock buybacks to corporations and the government lending low interest money to corporations to do as such that would be a lot more constructive in these rigged markets to correct them and make them a value market again
