Please do not take away my abilty to purchase the etf SDS, as it is the only and simplest way for a singular investor such as myself to hedge the market. It has a very negligible tracking error, and plays an integral role in providing me the abilty to hold my positions long term. I am emphatic that you do not restrict my ability to use this etf.
