Do not restrict the trading of leveraged and inverse funds. They are important to my overall management of my stock portfolio and investment return. I am fully capable of understanding these trading vehicles since I have been investing in the stock market for more than 40 years and do invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I make my own financial decisions and I implore you to keep the public markets free for investors like me to purchase and make decisions without the government limiting my choice as an investor.
