I am strongly opposed to S7-24-15. I use leveraged funds as insurance to protect my portfolio during volatile markets, as well as to take advantage of the opportunities that they present.
I am completely capable of understanding how these funds work without the SECs involvement. Just like every other investment, I learned by monitoring the market, doing my homework, taking my lumps when I err, and taking my wins when I'm correct. This is a free market system, and I don't need or want any government agency limiting my investment choices, or disqualifying me from participating in any of them.
I am strongly opposed to interference from the SEC or any other agency as proposed in S7-24-15. This is America... don't trample on my rights
