I buy leveraged and inverse funds in part to reduce risk. Usually part of my portfolio is partially invested in these. If it wasn't for these funds I would not be able to hold individual stocks for long periods of time. I'd have a ton of short term gains/losses every year. Please DONOT make it harder for individual to own these funds.
