I am writing regarding new proposed regulations which could impact investor access to leverage and inverse funds.
Leveraged funds are important to me, allowing me to seek enhanced returns on investments. I understand the inherent risks and hedge them accordingly. I do not want a third-party evaluating my capacity to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them.
Investors and their advisors should be free to buy public securities without excessive government-imposed regulations and limitations.
