Dear Sir,
I am writing to oppose the rules proposed in SEC Rule #S7-24-15. I believe these rules to be intrusive and complicating to my ability to invest. These investment vehicles allow me to invest less money with potential of greater return. In the case of inverse funds, an investor need not worry about margin calls if the market goes against him or her. People who do not understand the concept of these funds should not use them in their investment strategies. If unscrupulous brokers are taking advantage of people, aim your regulations at punishing them instead of punishing honest investors by over complicating the investing process.
