As a consumer invester who values leveraged etfs within a portfolio of other investments, I'm asking that restrictions be reconsidered. Leveraged etfs like TQQQ have risk, but so do many other consumer investments (ex. options) that are just as valuable. How is the SEC able to pick and chose what's available to consumer investors (there are many risks in the market)? Again, this type of leveraged etf is important to my portfolio....and any thoughts that "consumers aren't able to handle" such investments is misguided. I ask that the SEC team reconsider this path. Thank you.
