I have been using leveraged and inverse funds to enhance my return over the past several years. They are critical investment tools for retail investors like myself. It is unfair and shortsighted to potentially limit people's access to them. Without these funds, people who are seeking for more market exposure will have to use other ways to leverage their positions, futures, options, or margin, which are all way riskier than leveraged ETFs.
