Dear SEC, I am very surprised and upset to here that you are considering placing restrictions on leveraged ETFs. I have been trading these for over 6 years now and have made some good money over the years as well as been able to hedge my portfolio when I see fit. Most of all I am a believer in free markets and dont think you should have the right to take this excellent hedging option away from me. My various brokers have all done checks with me to make sure I understand the risks which I do seeing as I have been a trader since 1996... I almost always put in stops and understand the pricing is not always perfect. I strongly suggest you do not put any restrictions on the leveraged ETFs and leave that up to the brokers to make sure their clients understand the risks.

Thank you for your time,

Richard
