To. SEC: I have successfully used ProShare's leveraged for about 8 years. I am retired and do my own investing since retiring in 2003. I use clear buy/sell rules and have been successful at investing. I trust my own methods and generally do as well or better than hedge funds. I would prefer to do my own investing rather than trust my funds to Professional managers. If leveraged funds are not available to me my investment alternatives will not be as flexible as people with significant wealth to avail themselves of hedge funds. Please do not take away this vital investment methodology from me.
