Concerning the proposed new regulations that could affect investors who buy leveraged and inverse funds: I feel strongly that such a move would result in making an unnecessary hardship for investors. Those funds have been important to me in my investment decisions. I do understand those types of funds and I don't think I need a third-party participating or restricting my use of those investments. I think additional government restrictions and limitations on these securities would adversely affect my investing choices and thus restrict the returns that I have enjoyed.
