I would ask that you do not enact the propose rules that restricts what I am allowed to buy in my own portfolio via leveraged or inverse funds. Its my money and I should be able to invest it in any form or fashion I wish. Setting this precedent is a horrible idea in my opinion. Please keep with the American spirit of choice, and allow each individual investor to decide whats best for themselves.
