Hi, I completely disagree with the proposed regulation to make it much more difficult to buy leveraged and inverse funds. They have completely changed my life and financial future. I am a 49 year old physician. When I started my career my goal was to have 2 million by the time I was 60 yrs old. Currently I have 3.5 million. It is all because of leveraged funds. Respectfully, I ask you not to increase regulations on them because they have allowed me to get enhanced returns and protect my portfolio. Also, I completely understand them and how they perform. Like I do not need someone regulating me on how to be a good physician, I do not an agency telling me that I can not have something that has changed my life. It is very important to me to have the freedom to buy securities without additional government limitations. I think options are much more risky than leveraged and inverse funds. I tried options trading for about 1 year and stopped. It was much risky for me. By increasing regulations on leveraged and inverse funds I know that people will look to options instead which can bankrupt a person in weeks.
