I disagree with proposal to prevent hard working Americans from investing into leveraged and inverse funds, these funds are important for me which they allow me to help protect my portfolio, I'm capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds. I don't want a third-party evaluating my capability and preventing me from buying them. I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government -imposed limitation on investor choice.
