Please do not restrict access to leveraged and inverse ETFs. These ETFs provide the valuable role of hedging other positions held within an IRA or a 401k account, especially because options and futures are restricted in these accounts. Without these ETFs, investors will have fewer tools available to manage portfolio risk and volatility.
