I and many other investors are strongly apposed to Rule #S7-24-15 proposed by the SEC.
This will hinder our ability to invest how we see fit in the market.
This is a massive overreach by the SEC.
Please reconsider this pursuit to limit investors' freedom to invest in what they feel is best.
