I feel that the SEC and other government agencies should stay out of imposing restrictions on my ability to invest in public securities and long-standing free public markets. Leveraged and inverse funds are the back-bone of asset protection and are necessary for the growth of any portfolio. I understand the nuances of investing in these funds and I don't need a third party arbitrator or mediator controlling my decisions when investing.
