Hello,

I dont think leveraged funds should be banned or have a qualification to purchase. As an investor I do my own risk analysis and invest at my own risk and expense. Leveraged funds allow me to do what many have done for years in real estate, which is to use leverage to create wealth. Leveraged funds are actually a much cheaper way to use leverage than Margin. Margin is very expensive and you can get a margin call. Leveraged ETFs are so much easier. In fact if markets are efficient, the only to get more returns is more risk. If Im willing to take it and have a long term time horizon, these can be valuable investments
