I a totally opposed to the SEC interfering in any way with my (or any investor's) freedom to invest in leveraged funds (such as ProShares), with or without investigating or vetting my financial status. My investments are my own business, and I accept all risk involved whether my investments are leveraged or not.
I hope you reconsider this proposal and decline to adopt this restrictive regulation.
