Dear SEC. I want to keep my ability to use leveraged ETFs, whether long or inverse. This is a much much much less risky vehicle to get better returns and it works. I use leveraged ETF index funds for buy and hold strategies. If i did not have these i would have to use futures and options, which are far more risky. I have traded futures, forex and options as an individual investor and understand themm but they take a lot of work as an individual investor. With leveraged ETF's, it is safer and more profitable. I don't like that the SEC wants to limit my investment choices in this way. Joe Brady Colchester, CT
