I believe these proposals are bad for investors - I use these funds for enhanced returns and to protect my portfolio.
Not needed - what does this fix? I'm capable of understanding what these funds do and how they help me. I don't need government to interfere in our free-market securities system any more that it already does. I want freedom to choose without onerous "vetting" processes and the limitations they bring.
