Hello SEC,

This is the beginning of a dangerous thought process. SEC should not decide what choices are available to retail investors. In comparison, the SEC doesn't decide what investments are available to hedge funds, endowment funds, or the investment banks. Why would SEC limit retail investors choices? Already, the retail investors can't invest in other alternative investments that are available to these big firms and funds.

Retail investors should be provided with all available investment options without any additional restrictions. Let's make the playing field more equal and open to all.
