We urge you to immediately stop patronizing mature investors who exactly know what they are doing and what they can expect from such leveraged (and inverse) tools in order to hedge and to enhance their portfolio performances accordingly. And stop interfering in free markets with unnecessary bureaucratic (and cost intensive) hurdles and dont make life more complicated than it already is. Instead, start cleaning your own house by eliminating unnecessary and outdated regulations across the board to make the system more competitive and innovative again.
