With reference to the above proposal. As an individual investor we will be greatly impacted. I would like to have a free market trade without any restriction as it is right now.
This is an unwanted change to the existing procedures. Enough warnings are provided by the brokerages and the fund managers about the risk involved in investing in Leveraged and Inverse instruments.
I would like to reconsider this and not implement this policy.
