In all honesty, the Proposed SEC Rule #S7-24-15 is complete BS. I cannot think of any reason investors should not be allowed to invest in leverage and inverse funds at all. It is one of my favorite investment tools. This "smells" like the rich trying keep the rest of us from making money.
