I propose that regular investors be allowed to trade leveraged and inverse funds without additional red tape. Vanguard already put limits on what we could invest in by removing the ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. When that happened, I took my investments elsewhere. We are not children and we can choose how to trade and invest.
