To the SEC:
Please do not adopt regulations that could impact my ability to invest in leveraged and/or inverse funds. These investment vehicles are important to me because I can enhance returns and help protect my portfolio in a major market correction. I am well-versed on the impact of leverage and inverse funds, having spent 30 years as an institutional portfolio manager for major financial institutions. Please allow the markets to remain free of government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
